bedroom chic…

So i am slightlyyyyy (okay maybe very) obsessed with buying new things for my bedroom! I’ve wanted a dressing table since last year when I got my new room, but they all seem so expensive even for basic ones, but to my surprise I found this gorgeous one on Black Friday on Groupon for only £85 including the stool!!!! I had to buy it, it matches my bedroom furniture perfectly and I finally have somewhere to do my make up without making a mess…. (Oh and it’s a perfect little desk for my uni work too).

outfit prepping…

christmas outfit.jpg

soo normally i don’t have much time to plan my outfits, but this is one that I’m planning for the christmas period… not very festive i know, but at the moment i am in love with the sport-chic look and love pairing trainers with everything! I recently bought this floral dress from Zara and plan to wear it with a pair of Adidas Superstars (on my christmas list) and this gorgeous limited edition trench from River Island. I tried on the dress to see how it would look with trainers and loooooveeeee the outcome i can’t wait to wear it! Green is my all time fave colour.

crystal clear…

today i finally got my bottle of crystal clear cleansing gel delivered!!!!! i used to use this product every single day as part of my skincare regime and it kept my skin feeling fresh and clean, i stopped using it for a while as it can seem quite expensive when you’re on a budget! However, i never want to be without it again, since not using crystal clear soothing cleansing gel my skin has suffered and i have been having a lot of spot troubles, so i am verrrrrrrrrry excited to get my skin back to excellent condition! The cleanser itself is packed with vitamins, it cleans all make up from your skin with its foamy formula, it dissolves grease, sebum and grime from your skin and it is also soap free which is amazing for your skin… soap is a no no! I ordered my bottle from Zest Beauty they have some amazing offers on lots of products at the moment and i got this for a lot cheaper than usual and it lasts for ages you only need a tiny amount!!!!

khaki kueen…

okay so i’m a little obsessed with khaki at the moment, more than ever before… so yesterday i dug this little piece out of my wardrobe which i had forgot all about! I Bought it for £20 in the Zara sale this summer…absolute bargain. Going for a casual look i left my hair as its natural frizz-bomb self, i wore a basic v-neck t-shirt, ripped jeans and a pair of gold plimsolls.

getting into the grunge…

Mondays off every single week are amazing! i have time to prepare for the whole week… today i am spending my day doing a little bit of shopping and applying for placement jobs, Sooo i wanted to be casual and comfy, and decided to go with the grunge look. You just can’t go wrong with a little bit of a shirt and jumper combo, all grunged-up with a pair of ripped jeans and biker boots (Literally the comfiest boots ever), and topped off with a little top-knott, such a simple but effective look.

So yesterday I had to attended a mock assessment centre interview as part of one of my uni assignments, I had no idea what to wear as I don’t usually wear this type of really formal clothing during the day and have never attended a formal interview before. However, this is what I came up with after days of emptying everyone’s wardrobe in search of an outfit!!
